To start, it gives me great pleasure to personally welcome you to Tim Plenty Photography. Running my own photography business has long been a dream of mine and now here we are.

So, anyone who has known me for more than five minutes will know that I am from Australia and have lived in the UK for 10 years now. But that’s neither here nor there… pardon the pun. However, it does play a major role in my passion for photography, but I will get into that at another date. my number 1 passion in photography is landscape, I love to capture nature in all its glory, whether that’s the tranquillity of a beautiful spot or the power of a tropical thunderstorm. From the daintiest of flowers to the power and majesty of a monster croc.

It was in my teens and early 20s in Australia where I learnt photography and developed a liking for landscapes, but it has been living in Wales that has taught me that you can change your stars if you are determined enough, or as in my case, discontented enough with your situation.

I was in an unfulfilling job, I’m sure most of you have felt the same at some point. I had for a long time wanted to start my own business but lacked the confidence, my wife who is my greatest cheerleader suggested that studying photography at university might help… and she was right. She is very good at that.

I have spent many years taking photos only for them to sit on a hard drive and never see the light of day. And I’m here now to change that and My aim along the way is to show you the beauty that I see in not only Wales but in the whole world through the medium of photography.

So here I am now doing what makes me come alive, I hope you will join me along the way.
